Binary as the name suggests is 2, meaning having 2 sides - Left and Right.

Business Development Bonus is paid when you have matching PV (points) on your Left and Right side.

A set of 3 pendants   =  1 business account  =  100PV

A set of 6 pendants   =  2 business accounts  =  200PV

A set of 9 pendants   =  3 business accounts  =  300PV

A set of 12 pendants  =  4 business accounts  =  400PV

This illustration below is based on the 9 pendants Package = 3 business accounts.

3 business accounts allow you to earn 3 times more income.

You buy the 9 pendants Package (a set of 9 pendants). This is how your 3 Business Accounts will be set up (Illustration 1). You will start off with 100PV on each side of account #1. The 100PV on account #1 is not included on either side

Next, you sponsor 2 friends who also buy the same Package. You place each friend on your Left and Right side. This earns you additional 300PV on each side. You now have matching 400PV on both sides of your account #1.

Both your friends duplicate by sponsoring their own friends/relatives (Illustration 3). You work as a TEAM and help your members to duplicate the same process. Through the multiplying effect, soon you will build a large network of members across the world.

Note: There is no limit to the number of friends/relatives that you may sponsor. You may sponsor as many people as you wish.

1. Referral Bonus (Personal Sponsor) – One Time Bonus

When you sponsor a friend into the business, FusionExcel pays you USD$17 for each account registered in your friend’s name.

Therefore, you earn USD$17 x 3 = USD$51 Referral Bonus.

From the above illustration, you would earn USD$102 Referral Bonus from sponsoring 2 friends.

Note: Referral Bonus is a one time bonus. If you sponsor 5 people who bought the same Package, then you make USD$255 (USD$51 x 5).

2. Business Development Bonus - 20% x PV

Remember as mentioned above - You initially build on account #1.

When account #1 have matching PV (points) on the Left and Right side, you earn 20% of the PV.

Business Development Bonus is calculated in steps of 300PV.

Example, if you have 900PV on your Left and 1,100PV on your Right, then you will be paid on the lower PV, ie. 900PV and the balance of 200PV on the Right will be carried over to the next day.

In Illustration 2, when you sponsor your 2 friends, you will earn:

20% x 300PV = USD$60 Business Development Bonus

The balance of 100PV on both sides are carried-over to the next day.

Business Development Bonus is paid daily.

1 step = matching 300PV = USD$60 Business Development Bonus

Maximum you can earn per day is 10 steps = matching 3,000PV = USD$600/day.

If there are 30 days in a month, you can earn up to USD$18,000/month ($600 x 30 days) on Account #1.

If you max out 3 business accounts, you can potentially earn USD$54,000/month ($18,000 x 3).

3. Leadership Bonus

Every month, the company takes 10% of the World PV Turnover and pays to leaders.

10 steps = 1 share of the Leadership Bonus.

The 10 steps can be accumulated within the month. Example, if you earn 1 step today, 3 steps tomorrow and 6 steps the following day, then you have accumulated 10 steps and entitle to 1 share.

Leadership Status

Achieving the Leadership status is automatic and depending on the number of shares you earned within a month. You are automatically promoted to the next higher status when you reached the minimum required steps.

1 share to 5 shares (10 steps to 50 steps)                  =          Director

6 shares to 10 shares (60 steps to 100 steps)            =          Executive Director

11 shares > (max 31 shares)  (110 steps >)               =          Presidential Director

Thus, you need a minimum of 10 steps (1 share) to become a Director, 60 steps (6 shares) to become an Executive Director and 110 steps (11 shares) to become the Presidential Director.

Once you achieve a status, you never lose it. However, the shares will still have to be earned every month, ie. the more shares you have, the bigger the pie you will get of this 10%. 

4. Presidential Director Bonus

For Presidential Directors only.

Every quarter, the company takes 2% of the World PV Turnover and pays to Presidential Directors.

Once you achieve the title of Presidential Director, you are guaranteed this bonus for lifetime.

However, the shares will still have to be earned every month, ie: the more shares you have, the bigger the pie you will get of this 2%.

Remember – Business Development Bonus is paid daily. Please note that in any single day, if you accumulate in excess of 3,000PV (10 steps or more) on either side, you will earn maximum USD$600 only and the excess PV on both sides will be flushed, meaning the balance of the PV will not be carried-over to the next day.

Example 1 - You have 2,700PV on Left and 3,500PV on Right. You will be paid USD$540 on the lower PV (ie. 2,700PV or 9 steps). The balance of 800PV on the Right will not be flushed but carried-over to the next day.

Example 2 - You have 3,000PV on Left and 3,500PV on Right. You will be paid maximum 10 steps (3,000PV) USD$600. The balance of 500PV on the Right will be flushed and you start with 0 next day.

Example 3 – You have 3,800PV on Left and 4,200PV on Right. You will be paid maximum 10 steps (3,000PV) USD$600. The balance of 800PV on the Left and 1,200PV on the Right will be flushed and you start with 0 next day.

In short, 3,000PV is the magic number for both sides to flush.

It may come to a point in time when your organization is growing and you need to support your people locally. Current commitment is minimum 12 sets of 12 pendants Package to qualify as a Stockist. You pay and collect the pendants from Canadian licensee. FE will assign 48 of Member IDs (12 sets x 4IDs). You will be responsible for registering the IDs when the pendants are sold.

Stockist bonus is USD$10 per paid pendants. Therefore, a set of 9 pendants Package = USD$30 Stockist Bonus.

There is no minimum or maximum number of sets when re-stocking.

In some cases, your prospects may not want to do the business but just buy the pendant to use. This is what we call retailing. There are no limitations to the amount of retailing you wish to do.

Monthly maintenance is USD$67. However, the first 4 months are maintenance free.

You may decide before the expiration of the 4^th month whether you want to pay the USD$67 to earn bonuses in the 5^th month. Should you decide not to maintain, you may turn the AUTO maintenance to OFF by logging into your account. However, you are still entitled to the Referral Bonus but not the other bonuses in the 5^th month. Your PV will still accumulate from the 5^th month onwards.

You may choose NOT to maintain in any months you wish, until such time that you wish to be paid. Just remember to pay the USD$67 maintenance in the prior month. Maintenance is paid one month in advance.

Each USD$67 maintenance paid by your downline earns you 50PV. Example, if you have 6 downlines on the same side that paid USD$67 maintenance in the same month, that would earn you 300PV.

You may exchange for free - 1 pendant/bracelet (USD$157/$165) or 5 pendants/bracelets (USD$471/$495) or 8 pendants/bracelets (USD$628/$660) when you have accumulated enough credit in the Maintenance Wallet. You may sell the product but no business account is assigned.

Note: If you are building more than one Business Account at the same time, then you must pay USD$67 monthly maintenance per Business Account.
