Effective February 2010                                                                                                                                        Due to the numerous imitations and fakes on the market, Fusionexcel has come up with a new way to validate the authenticity of its pendants. The latest Authenticity Card no longer has embossed serial numbers matching the pendant. To authenticate the pendant, you will need to scratch the Authenticity Card to reveal the Product ID# and Password (see below pictures) and register on the Fusionexcel website. RETURN POLICY

• We do not entertain any pendants exchange, customers are to examine the pendants prior to accepting them.
• To return products, kindly ensure it is within 14 days of purchase.
• The Pendant(s)/Bracelet(s) and the cord(s) must be returned in resalable, like new condition with no visible signs of chips or scratches on them together with the original Authenticity Card(s).
• Broken pendant can be exchanged. Kindly return all broken pieces, authenticity card with matching serial numbers and CAD$40.00/USD$40.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
• Do NOT scratch the Authenticity Card to reveal the Product ID# and Password nor register the Pendant(s)/Bracelet(s) unless you are certain that you are keeping the Pendant(s)/Bracelet(s).
• No returns or refunds within 14 days if the Authenticity Card is scratched revealing the Product ID# and Password.
